[CBC뉴스] 스파이크 리 감독과 토냐 루이스 리의 아이들은 2021년 골든 글로브 홍보대사로 선정되었다. 이 아이들은 그 기회가 영광이라고 말했다.
The children of director Spike Lee and Tonya Lewis Lee have been selected as the Golden Globes Ambassadors for 2021. Satchel and Jackson Lee said the opportunity is an honor.
"Jackson and I have watched the Golden Globes for as long as I can remember. In fact, we attended the show with our father when he was nominated a few years ago," said Satchel.
"We've always loved film and television and have long time to pursue their own careers in the entertainment industry." The Hollywood Foreign Press made the announcement on Tuesday (January 12) during a virtual press conference.
The two were introduced by last year's ambassadors, Dylan and Paris Brosnan, the children of actor Pierce Brosnan and Keely Young. During the livestream Tonya expressed how excited the couple are for their children and the philanthropy opportunities they will embark on.
"I'm especially proud of you because of the organizations you've chosen to highlight the Callen-Lorde Foundation and Big Brothers and Big Sisters. I think it's wonderful that in these perilous times that you guys are looking to organizations that can help those that are undeserved and most in need. So, congratulations again and have a wonderful Golden Globes."
Each year new ambassadors are selected to represent Hollywood's next generation. The 78th Annual Golden Globes are scheduled to air February 28, 2021.
