특히 해외 팬들의 사랑을 누리고 있다는 점이 눈길을 끄는 대목이다. tvN 드라마 ‘사랑의 불시착’ 등 그간 출연했던 작품이 한몫했을 것으로 보인다.

손예진의 해외 팬들은 네티즌 어워즈 통합댓글을 통해 “We love Son YeJin!(우리는 손예진을 사랑합니다.)” “Son ye-jin la más bella, simpática y super actriz. Todo mi apoyo a ella.(손예진은 가장 아름답고 친절하며 최고의 여배우입니다. 저는 그녀를 완전히 지지합니다.)”등의 응원을 남기고 있다. 

한편 손예진이 속한 여자연기상 부문 2위는 박은빈(16492표, 39.7%)이다.
